we're partnering with perth's finest cheesemakers for a four-course celebration of cheese

we're thrilled to be partnering with local cheesemakers la delizia latticini, for a very special set menu dinner. enjoy a  four-course celebration of cheese, with a hand-picked selection of cocktail and wine pairings.

la delizia latticini is perth's finest cheese lab, and a favourite among perth chefs (including our own). helmed by third generation cheesemaker Domenico Boccia, la delizia specialises in fresh soft curd italian cheeses like burrata, ricotta, mozzarella and stracciatella. this menu will show off their beautiful product, and is a must for soft cheese lovers.
