Inspired by Samin Nosrat's groundbreaking bestseller, Salt Fat Acid Heat, our special set menu dinner will take you on a delicious exploration of the fundamental principles that underpin all great cooking.

Awaken your palette with five tasty courses, artfully crafted by our chefs to highlight a specific taste pillar. From the enhancing power of salt, to the rich creaminess of fat, the vibrant tang of acid, and the fiery kiss of wood-fire heat.

We hope to tantalize your taste buds, and leave you with a newfound appreciation for the magic of food.
