a plant-based evening of food and sound to mort garson’s cult album plantasia.

The quiet hum of Bunuru (the Noongar season of late summer) sets the scene. To mark the occasion, we’re reviving a much-loved Servo dinner series, for one night only.

inspired by mort garson’s album plantasia (warm earth music for plants, and the people who love them), this immersive dining experience brings together a plant based banquet and a carefully curated listening environment, designed to slow the pulse and heighten the senses.

as the record plays in full, you'll enjoy a multi-course plant based banquet incorporating fresh seasonal produce, global flavours, and the quiet beauty of vegetables at their peak.
