Volume IV of Plantasia is Ready to Sprout!

Still searching for truly exceptional plant-based dining in Perth? Look no further. Following three completely sold-out events, Servo welcomes the return of Plantasia: Volume IV.

Experience a menu of flavour-forward, entirely vegan and plant-based creations, guided by the creative talents of Chef Jerry Sheeran. Drawing on his South Indian heritage and experience honed at Perth favourites Sauma and Topi, Jerry crafts menus in his signature 'Not Really Indian' style – a global kaleidoscope of flavour that proves plants can do it all.

He has prepared an eight plate degustation menu, with each course highlighting the taste, texture and flavour of one hero plant.

As always, the evening will unfold to the uniquely soothing sounds of Mort Garson's 1976 cult classic album, Plantasia.

A special drinks list by Servo beverage manager Tony Roche, will be available on the night, featuring floral-inspired cocktails and vegan wines designed to perfectly complement the menu.
