our host for the day is none other than perth icon jerry fraser. with a knife in one hand and a story in the other, jerry will guide you through the secrets of the sea, showcasing world-class albany rock oysters from leeuwin coast, grown in the pristine, icy waters of albany.
after a brief introduction, it’s your turn. armed with your very own shucking knife (which is yours to keep), you’ll dive into an assortment of unshucked oysters.
