Tom and Jerry, two of Perth's most dedicated oyster obsessives (not the cat and the mouse), will be coming to servo for an afternoon of shucking, sipping and all things oysters.

Settle in for three hours of oyster mastery, a little friendly competition and a plethora of entertaining conversation. There'll be lots to learn, plenty to eat and, naturally, a few oysters to get through. You might even get the chance to shuck some of your own…
