join us a crowd favourite here at servo, as jerry sheeran returns for a new installment of his N.R.I 'not really indian' popup dinner series.
Jerry’s cooking is a unique adventure through flavour and culture, inspired by his time spent cooking, wining, boozing, and dining through the southern states of India. He blends familiar spices with unexpected influences from around the world—China, Spain, the Middle East—curating plates that are adventurous, nuanced, and bursting with flavour.
this dinner is a homage to his passions and what influences him. he describes his style of cooking as a little loud, a little reckless, with a global fusion of taste and flair (we think he’s describing himself).
it’s more like a culinary identity crisis, in the best possible way. a bit of everything that he loves, along with influences that he’s picked up along the way, plus flavours that probably shouldn’t work together… but do. mostly
