Our Margaritaville Laneway Dinner lands in Electric Lane with a big hit of Latin flavour. Think coastal inspired tapas, vibrant salsas, charred meats, citrusy seafood and bold, summery spice — all designed to be shared down one veryyyy long table.

we're teaming up with Dingo Sauce Co. (yep, the local legends you’ve seen featured on Hot Ones 👀) to create Australia's Spiciest Chilli Marg — concocted just for the festival.
the marga-reaper features servos in-house chilli agave, plus a dash of Dingo's Widow Maker sauce, described by justin timberlake as an 'everlasting gobstopper of hot sauce'. Packed with ghost pepper goodness, including the famous carolina reaper chillis, this drink packs a serious punch.
not sure your spice tolerance is up for it? no stress — we’re pouring margaritas at multiple spice levels, so everyone can play at their own heat setting. there'll also be milk on hand for anyone who needs a little… cooling off.

FAQs
Will there be reserved seating?
No! We will be seating everyone from front to back on one very long table, so please arrive together if you would like to be seated as a group! Whilst there will be some space to spread out a little, we encourage you to rub shoulders and meet your neighbours!
Can my friends and I buy tickets separately, but sit together?
Yes! Just arrive together and we'll seat you together.
How will the food work?
Food will be served share-style, down the centre of the table. Some items will be plated individually, but most of the mains will be shared between groups of two or four.
Will other dietaries be accommodated?
Unfortunately due to the scale and nature of the event, we will not be able to accommodate any changes to the set menu to accomodate dietary requirements (such as vegeterians, coeliacs, or vegans). Sorry!
Please note that the menu listed is subject to change closer to the date.
Refunds will not be offered for cancellations within 5 days of the event. You are welcome to gift your ticket to someone who is able to attend!
