Servo's chefs have crafted a multi-course menu inspired by family favourites and adriatic classics, featuring vibrant local seafood prepared the traditional way, and wood-fired dishes to warm the heart. Expect authentic Croatian flavours, with a Servo touch.
As always, there will be a selection of specialty libations available on the night, including kruskovac, sljivovica, and a selection of Croatian wines available to order a la carte.
We'll be accompanied by Darlene Gianoli, who'll set the mood with a selection of old and new records from the mother country. We trust that good food, good wine, and good company will lead to good singing...
